Job Description:
1.Selling of financial Products/Insurance Policy to customers
2.Interested leads will be provided by the company.
3.No cold calling or random calling.
4.Leads will be from interested customers.
Knowledge, Skills and Attitude:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Should have very good convincing and selling skills.
- 0 to 4 years experience in Tele sales.
- Flexible to work in 6 days, roster off environment.
- Should be very confident and presentable.
- Energy levels should be high
- A positive attitude.
- A Polite and friendly telephone manner.
- Must be Confident.
- Strong sales skills.
- Age below 30 yrs
Fixed salary + Very High incentives.
