Job Description:
BEST Innovation University is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in promoting our educational programs and engaging with prospective students. We are looking for candidates proficient in Telugu (3 positions), as well as Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam (1 position each), totaling 6 positions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about BEST Innovation University's programs, admissions process, and offerings.
Respond to inquiries from potential students via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students in the database.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure a high conversion rate of prospective students into enrolled students.
Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets and contribute to the overall growth of the university.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, concerns, and objections of prospective students in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
Fluency in Telugu is mandatory for 3 positions. Proficiency in Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam is required for the remaining positions.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification preferred.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite is a plus.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
