Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective clients or customers from the provided database.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and opportunities for business development through effective calling and communication.
- Product/Service Presentation: Clearly and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product or service being offered.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide relevant information.
- Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into potential clients or customers.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, conversion, and revenue generation.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and relevant information.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to improve products or services and report findings to the management.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.
- Adherence to Scripts: Follow predefined scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a telecaller or in a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident voice.
- Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert leads into customers.
- Target-Driven: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
