AddressPurpose of the role :
1) To ensure overall responsibility of SAP S4 HANA Group Reporting, SAC Budgeting / Forecasting and SAC Analytics Techno Functional Lead development and Applications Support for the project S4 HANA.
2) To implement SAP Group Reporting, Budgeting / Forecasting, SAC Analytics modules with Finance IFRS team, Corporate MIS team, regional finance team & work in innovative ways with partner to ensure project implementation complete successfully within time lines.Migrate existing BW data modelling / implement New S4 HANA Data Sphere data modelling like Dimension, Model, Story , Data analysis, Currency conversion scripts with partners.
3) Migrate existing BW data modelling / implement New S4 HANA Data Sphere data modelling like Dimension, Model, Story , Data analysis, Currency conversion scripts with partners.
4) Ensure the UAT sign offs / performance Testing after resolving the issues raised by business on SAP on cloud.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Overall responsibility for Group Reporting, SAC Budgeting / Forecasting, SAC Analytics, Data Sphere technical / Functional implementation with selected Partner.
2. Review and provide support for analysis and give optimal solutions for Support.
3. Work with various stakeholders, teams and project S4 HANA implementation partner to design effective solution.
4. Ensure Support and overall delivery of Group Reporting / SAC Budgeting / Forecasting, SAC Analytics, SAP Data Sphere solutions.
5. Project Management for various IFRS, MIS, Management reporting requirements including responsibility for Time, cost and resource management. Any slippages, issues will need to be communicated to internal / external stakeholders well in advance.
6. Identify key issues and finding appropriate solutions
7. Participate in UAT / SIT signoff.
8. Documentation of Functional / configuration / Test scripts
9. Documentation of key learning during deployment and support. Further circulating the same to partners and end-users for improvement.
10. Lead & contribute to Project Development
Education: CA or MBA finance degree.
Knowledge & Key Skills:
- Need SAP BPC and S4 HANA Group Reporting / SAC Budgeting / Forecasting, SAC Analytics, SAP Data Sphere functional resource with 5 years of experience with good functional, technical understanding and strong Stake holder Management skills.
- Resource should have good communication skills, able to design the solution and drive the discussion with technical and business team. CA or MBA finance degree would be added advantage.
- Need strong understanding of Legal Consolidation , Management Consolidation and Budgeting Planning and Forecasting in SAP Group Reporting / SAC Budgeting / Forecasting, SAC Analytics, SAP Data Sphere Good experience on Data Modelling, Data Loading, Data Manager Packages, Script Logic, Dynamic Reports and Input Schedule Templates.
- Good Knowledge in Integrating SAP S4 HANA with SAP SAC / Data sphere.
- Strong knowledge in BW data Modelling and ETL process.
- Strong knowledge in Implementation for Consolidation and Planning. Created Environments, Models, Dimensions, Configure BCF, Account Transformation, Currency Translation, Automation of Elimination and Adjustment, Reports, Input forms, Logic Script, etc.
- Worked on Logic Techniques such as Worksheet Logic, Dimension Logic and Script Logic.
- Knowledge in Configuration of Work status settings and Business Process Flows.
- Strong knowledge in configuring Business Rules account transformation, currency translation, Elimination, Account based calculation, Intercompany Bookings.
- Knowledge of settings of User profiles in SAC / S4 HANA Group reporting.
- Ability to face Internal / External AUDITS.
- Responsible for UAT / SIT and User signoff.
