Experience:
- Familiar with mechanical systems such as Hydraulics,Pnumatics, axis, Grinding Spindle, Grind wheel change over, Gear boxes, etc.
- Handling PM independntly
- Exposed to machines auxillarires such as lubrication, spindles, axis,chip conveyor etc.
- Replacement of ball screw, LM ways, spindle, Rotary assemblies, cylinder, valves, Gear boxes, bearings, covers etc..
- Understanding mechnaical components, assembly drawings and machine drawings.
- Why - why analysis, fishbone and statstical tools
- Queck problem solving skill
- Dismantling and Reassembly with precision and expertise of CNC machine parts is must.
