Eligibility
Our next internship program runs through the summer of 202 4 . We're looking for students who are working towards a Bachelor's , and due to complete their studies to be available for a full-time role commencing in 202 5 .
The role
As an intern with S&P Global DTS/TSG you will undertake work on a real business project intended to add value to your team and our business, as well as provide you with a great learning opportunity.
We are seeking a Technical Writer to help produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our Support Services. You will work on requirements like content strategy, processes, standards, best practices and/ or scoping out new services to ensure all necessary information has been included for users to understand what they are reading quickly.
You will have the opportunity to experience a high-level of collaboration and cross-training on a range of Support Services . We offer a collaborative, global, Support Services team that is accustomed to helping one another learn and excel while working to continuously improve the level of service delivered to our internal and external users.
Ke y responsibilities include:
Producing high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience.
Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding on Processes, Standards, Best Practices, and documentation requirements.
Writing easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and develop friendly end user guides.
Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of quick-fix guides.
Work closely with Support Services teams to ensure they are proactively engaging their stakeholders to communicate their policies and processes, etc.
Working to keep information fresh & updated.
Researching and evaluating new methods to communicate content to colleagues.

Working towards a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
Good understanding of technical terminologies.
Excellent communication skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
An aptitude to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn new things, techniques, and technologies.
The ability to build strong working relationships in a collaborative setting.
Be legally eligible to work for the duration of the program in the country for which you apply.
