As a Technical Support Intern, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, gaining hands-on experience in resolving technical issues and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Responsibilities

- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.

- Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat, asking targeted questions to understand and solve problems.

- Track computer system issues to resolution within agreed time limits.

- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.

- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.

- Familiarise yourself with remote desktop applications and help desk software.

- Utilise internal databases or external resources for accurate tech solutions.

- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.

- Maintain positive relationships with clients.

- Be available to work on weekends if needed.

- Strengthen analytical skills.

- Follow up with clients to ensure IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.

- Prepare accurate and timely reports.

Requirements and Skills

- Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field (BS/ BCA/ MCA).

- Basic hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and listening skills.

- Willingness to work on weekends if needed.

- Certifications in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, or similar technologies are a plus.

- Gather feedback from clients after issue resolution.

- Track all incoming support requests.

- Provide weekly reports.

- Expertise in SQL.

- Understanding of Python.

This is a paid internship.
