Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
Knowledge or experience in SQL Server- Must have Computer literacy
- Having knowledge in customer support/management and banking domain would be an added advantage.
- A professional approach in answering calls and provide information about products and services, taking input of issues and their redressal thereof.
- Maintaining records of transactions and interactions.
- Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required.
- Escalate unresolved queries to development team at Bangalore.
Mandatory: Male candidates
Qualification : B.Com, Diploma, BCA, BSC, BE (CS, IS), Diploma (BE (CS, , IS))
Experience : Fresher or having 1-2 years of experience
Work mode : Work from home if necessary Hybrid
Mandatory languages : English and Telugu
Requirements
Terms:
- Employee to submit 10 th and 12 originals for 12 months.
- Training will be provided at Bangalore office for 1 month.
