The Technical Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. This role will require technical expertise, as the Technical Sales Account Manager will be developing and presenting technical solutions to customers, addressing their needs and requirements.QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in a technical field such as Electrical or Mechanical Engineering,10 years or more experience in Technical Sales and Application engineeringExperience in Technical Sales and account management, with proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goalsExcellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service and relationship managementUnderstanding of technical solutions, with the ability to analyze and present complex technical information to customers and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as product development, marketing, and customer supportStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategicallyProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareExperience in the PowerGen industry is a plus
