Job Summary:
In this position, you will join our global team of experts .Your finest task in our team will be to have a sharp eye for talent and act as a trusted advisor for the organization. Be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent and ensure great relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the stakeholders, business leaders to understand the existing and future requirements of the organization and develop a talent acquisition road map to meet those goals to ensure an efficient recruitment process
- Monitor market trends and ensure our strategy is in-line with the market.
- Ensure cross collaboration with local and global teams on the recruitment plan and strategies
- Be able to factor in the long-term goals of an organization and promote the companys brand through recruitment initiatives and events
- Identify technical talent through various sourcing channels.
- Create strong technical networks and pipelines of both active and passive candidates to suit the business needs
- Conduct thorough candidate interview screens to understand motivation, experiences, goals, skill sets, etc.
- Facilitate interviews, offer letters, and on boarding processes as needed.
- Maintain internal tracking systems for up to date information in all stages of the interviewing process.
- Ability to work in high impact, cross-functional initiatives on a global scale, with a strong sense of urgency and commitment
- Ability to work during the night to co-ordinate with the eastern time zone
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelors/Master's degree in human resources and have 3 plus years' experience in recruitments preferably in an international organization
- Experience in hiring in Analytics roles.
- Be action-oriented with a strategic mindset and analytical personal style along with a steady commitment towards the organization
- Prior experience sourcing through , Job portals and other sourcing channels.
- Prior experience in hiring efforts globally especially in North America
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Have a desire to work collaboratively with your colleagues in and outside India
- Be good at managing time and can prioritize tasks while working independently with complete ownership.
