Role & responsibilities:
- Align product priorities with the strategic goals of the company and define the product roadmap and strategy.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure a deep understanding of technical requirements and constraints
- Act as a trusted advisor for customers, addressing inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and monitor the progress of new/existing product development and maintenance.
- Collaborate with customers/partners seeking to integrate with the company’s platforms, serving as an expert to facilitate successful integrations.
- Troubleshoot customer issues, convert outcomes to actionable deliverables, and create tickets for the appropriate teams.
- Certify platform/features in Staging/UAT environments after thorough testing.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, study competitor services, and explore innovative ways to enhance the company's services for increased productivity and profitability.
- Provide product training and create necessary documentation for sales, business, and engineering/support teams
Candidate requirements:
- 8 - 15 years of experience in Technical Product management.
- Deep knowledge of e-commerce domain
- Rich knowledge in Rest API
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques user behaviours, sales data and other relevant metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
