AddressTechnical Design Architect
Job Responsibilities:
Own all the architecture and design documentation for the customer and maintain up-to-date during the entire lifecycle of the service contractResponsible for all post-sales architecture and design activities during the entire lifecycle of the service contractIn charge of the correct engineering of the technical solutions deployed for the customerIn charge of day-to-day operations issues impacting customers' businessIdentify solutions when major incidents impacting the customer's business occurEnsure coherence among the different customer service blocks (data, security, voice, video, data center, cloud, etc. ).Analyze the impact of all operational and technical decisions keeping in mind the best interest of the customer and of Orange Business Services (maintenance, evolution, costs, etc.)Accountable for complex technical change management validation and providing technical support for major & complex changesAssess the feasibility of the technical solution from the operational perspective in close cooperation with the pre-sales consultants during the pre-sales phaseContribute to technical proposals in the pre-sales phase (LoE, feasibility)Accountable to ensure that the technical solutions proposed are implementable and operableContributes to the effort of knowledge management (methodology documentation, knowledge sharing through presentations, training, mentoring)
Qualifications & Work Experience:Should have either Azure Architect /GCP Architect certification and ITIL certification
CCIE/CCNP or equivalent certificationExperience in managing large-scale IT infrastructure, data center, cloud support operationStrong analytical experience in solving technical issues, isolation of application/network performance issuesExperience in design, building, and managing data center and cloud solutions.Experience in Cloud migrationExperience in cloud security and complianceExperience in scripting (PowerShell, Python) and automationSolid understanding of cloud architecture and DevOps principlesExperience working with some or all technologies below: Azure / GCPAzure Automation / DevOps / Multi-Cloud ManagementTerraform / AviatrixAD/DNS/DHCP/ADFS/PKICloud Firewall, Application Gateway, NSG, Load Balancer, Cloud DNSCloud NAT, VNAT, VNAT peeringDocker containers, Kubernetes
