- Dealing with Files and maintaining proper documentation.
- Dealing with technical terms in office and site area.
- Assist & Support Administrative staff in their day to day operations.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Manage Office Utilities and generate requirement for the office.
- Monitor office expenses and costs Maintaining & arranging materials or services, tracking delivery of goods,
- keeping accounts, fixing up appointments, taking feedbacks, etc.
- Maintaining, drafting, checking, and storing various documents required by the management.
- To study the markets and analyse the behaviour of the market under current and future circumstances.
- Maintenance of important documents, files and records in an organized manner.
- Providing assistance to the heads in the administration/project department.
- Keeping all the stationary items in the organization up to date and order for fresh stock.
- Responsible for attending to a visitor or customer present physically at office.
- Responsible for providing information about the services and profile of the organization.
- Responsible for adhering to all the safety procedures and keeping the management informed about any kind of unsafe situation.
- Responsible for conferring and coordinating with other departments.
- Registering list of Vendors & Clients of the organisation and support team for new vendors and client’s generation.
- Providing content writing to the company websites.
- Take care of all the equipment’s managed in office area.
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Schedules interviews with hiring managers and coordinates the group interview process
- Coordinates training requirements, including organising rooms for employee training, training certificates and filing them accordingly, reviewing training policies, and updating training systems
- Processes paperwork for customers and employees
- May participate in billing and accounting duties, including resolving billing questions and managing invoices
Min Qualification:
Any Graduate/Diploma/B.Tech
Min Experience:
2-3 Years in same field
