We’re looking for someone like that who can:
independently perform IT Risk Assessments / Access Right Assessments
communicate requirements for protection of Client Information
conduct initiation and closure meetings with IT as well as Data Owners from Business
timely compose meeting minutes and action plans and track action items to closure
develop and maintain an effective network of relationships with stakeholders and control functions involved in risk assessment
handle queries / clarifications from Requestor / Application Team for the respective Access Right Risk Assessments
demonstrate strong investigative and analytical skills
act as a mentor for assessors, lead trainings and presentations
participate in initiatives to improve Risk Assessment processes, and related tools/templates and provide feedback

Your team
You'll be working in a global team that manages / performs IT Risk Assessments with the objective of evaluating if access rights within a Software Component (e.g. application, Database, Server) are compliant for use in an outsourcing initiative, based on their ability to limit access to restricted sensitive Client Identifying Data.
Your expertise
- keen to serve the client through a team approach, drawing upon the know-how of other specialists
- a strong communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- able to effectively lead IT Risk Assessment teams
- able to apply technical understanding to practical problems, excellent analysis skills
- a result-oriented worker, with the ability to set priorities, known for hitting deadlines
- inclusive and reflective, curious and agile
- innovative and capable of using data and digital solutions to transform
- prior experience working with multiple teams (local, virtual/global) and ability to co-ordinate and manage tasks
