Tech Lead Cum Assistant Project Manager

1. Project Management:

• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
• Coordinate resources, tasks, and activities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders.
• Implement project management best practices and methodologies.

2. Scrum Meeting Facilitation:

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective sessions as a Scrum Master.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure sprint goals are met.
• Remove obstacles and impediments to the team's progress.
• Maintain Scrum artifacts, including the product backlog and sprint backlog.

3. Communication and Collaboration:

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and management.
• Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration within the project teams.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Ensure effective communication of project updates and changes to all relevant parties.
