Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address product quality issues found on the production line• Lead systematic problem-solving efforts using Six Sigma methodologies to analyze and resolve quality issues• Apply deep dive analysis to identify root causes of defects and implement effective solutions• Utilize statistical tools and data analysis to drive continuous improvement in production quality• Mentor and train Team Members in Six Sigma methodologies and problem-solving techniques• Monitor and track the progress of quality improvement projects, ensuring timely and effective execution• Work closely with the existing quality team to integrate quality improvement initiatives into daily operations• Proactively identify areas for process optimization and quality enhancement to prevent future issues• Collaborate with the head of quality and other stakeholders to drive a culture of quality excellence• Proficiency in problem-solving techniques, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision-making
Requirements
• B.E./B.Tech: Mechanical/Automobile with minimum 15 yrs of experience in automotive manufacturing and quality improvement• Six sigma black belt certified• Proficiency in problem-solving techniques, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision-making
