Summary
- Provide guidance to clients on the procedures at the spa.
- Answer telephone calls, provide accurate information and handle appointments.
- Keep the reception area clean and conducive for clients.
- Introduce new beauty products to clients and educate them on their uses and benefits.
- Keep clients updated on currently available promotions and discounts in services offered and process payments.
- Assist in getting client feedback on level of services delivered in order to improve on service delivery.
Qualifications
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum a year of work experience as a Spa Receptionist/ Or Desk Assistant in hotel operations.
- Excellent phone etiquettes and communicational skills are a must.
