Job Description:
A Team Leader with a degree in any discipline. Should be capable on working independently. Looking for a person who has willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervision of Admissions Counselors call performance, Admissions productivity on daily basis.
- Supervision of database tracker.
- Daily Call Report submission to Admissions Manager.
- Training of new and existing counselors on CRM, products and new updates.
- Organise daily team briefing and debriefing on call activities.
- Manage Walk in prospects queries and inbound calls queries.
- Achieve assigned target and team target.
- Daily update on overall team performance to Admissions Manager.
- Participate admissions related events and seminars.
- Participate in organising admissions related events and seminars.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Must know MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Ability to work independently to deliver as per project requirements and in-house style.
Handled a team size of 6 team members.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree with 50% in any discipline.
