• Responsibilities
  • Follow cGMP and GDP in day to day activities.
  • Comply with data integrity and relevant company policies.
  • Preparation, review and sign up of documents like log books, formats, annexure, label and other records.
  • Training and performance appraisal of sub ordinates.
  • Review and approval of JSA, TBRA and other safety related procedures.
  • Complying and role handling of respective safety work stream.
  • Report and Investigation of non-compliance and CAPA implementation.
  • Preparation, sign up, training and review of SOP, SCP, SOI and protocols for production.
  • Preparation, sign up and review of Risk Assessment.
  • Preparation and sign up of User Requirement Specification (URS) for new machineries.
  • Procurement of required Equipment, accessories, IPQA instruments and consumables of production.
  • Engagement in qualification activities.
  • Responsible for training of sub-ordinates and new joinees on Systems and procedures.
  • Procurement of required accessories and supporting instruments for Production.
  • Support Technical Services Team for Validation.
  • Execution and supervision of production activities.
  • Act as Deputy in absence of Manager-Production.
  • Planning and execution of packing activities.
  • Initiation and implementation of change control.
  • Review of Master Packing Records and executed records.
  • Handling of Artworks.
  • Review, procurement and approval of packing change parts.
  • Handling and completion of SAP related activities.
  • Handling and completion of PAS|X related activities.
  • Performance and Conformance of quality during cleaning, line clearance, IPQA testing, documentation, rejection handling, labeling and Hygiene in the Department.
  • Handling and participation of LMS activities as Training Coordinator.

Have good knowledge on Bottle, Blister and sachet machines. Have skills to trouble shoot breakdown and root cause. Able to write investigation report and safety incident report
