4. Utilizing Job Evaluation Techniques to arrive at job description
5. Ensuring continuous development in terms of Competency Mapping and Assessment Centre
6. Formulating and managing talent strategy in alignment with the organization's vision and growth plans
7. Conducting talent reviews, providing the feedback and delivering interventions
8. Heading special assignments entailing Change & Communication Management and HR Transformation
9. Ability to define Job and Band Grades, Span of Control etc
10. Develop framework for Competency Development, Career Planning and Career Progression.
11. Will be involved in Talent Reviews, building competency models etc
