- Works with the US team to align on Talent Management timelines for both the midyear and annual appraisals
- Ensure HRBP & the relevant partners at Lowe’s India have all relevant reporting tool accesses required to pull reports and run calibration sessions for their respective businesses
- Supports design & delivery of custom consulting interventions related to talent identification and/or differentiation (e.g., surveys, assessments, trainings, models, tools, interventions) to meet business needs
- Actively support socialization of learning resources including job aids, reference guides, and PowerPoint decks for Talent Management to relevant participants
Minimum Qualifications:
- Full time Graduation / Post -graduation qualification
- Passing out from premium PG Institute is preferred (full time)
- 2+ years of experience in HR talent sourcing/ Talent Management/ payroll / benefits & compliance/ associate relation/communications and various HR operations
