Position Overview Job Title: Talent & Development Analyst – Infrastructure & Investment Banking Corporate Title: AVP Location: Bangalore, India Role Description Our Talent Development team identifies and develops talent across Infrastructure and the Investment Bank and is accountable for managing the learning and development of employees. You will work hand in hand with Talent & Development practitioners to support projects that develop talent, develop key skills for the future, and build the capability of our leaders. Your Key Responsibilities
  • Administration of Purchase Orders ('POs') & Invoicing – draw up 'Statements of Work' and 'Call off Contracts', raise Purchase Orders, monitor approvals, and follow up as needed.
  • Vendor Management: act as key point person for the learning vendors that we work with, partnering with them on logistics and responding to queries. Vendor onboarding as needed.
  • Insight Tools: act as account manager for various psychometric and insight tools (e.g. dbDevelop and Cliftonstrengths) including ordering, distributing, and monitoring completion rates as needed.
  • T&D Enablement liaison: work closely with the Enablement team to complete Development Request Forms (DRFs), enable event sign up in Connect2Learn, monitor event uptake, establish attendance report needs, collect event feedback, and analyse event feedback.
  • Learning event logistics: book rooms and/or video conference facilities
  • Agile Book of Work ('BoW') management: quality control of Infra and IB use of JIRA to reflect the BoW, advising team members on necessary steps and creating JIRA views to reflect needs. Lead the preparation, facilitation, and follow up for quarterly 'Agile' BoW reviews, lead quarterly 'retrospectives' and participate and/or lead 'After Action Reviews'
  • Talent Pools: Manage and maintain 'talent pools' within Workday
  • Succession Planning: Extract 'Succession Planning' reports form Workday and provide meaningful analysis to inform talent and development initiatives.
  • Participate in Infra-wide projects or initiatives (e.g. the 'Rise' skill building campaign, Infrastructure Female Successor initiative, and annual career development / 'promotions demystified' sessions), project managing as needed.
  • Participate in IB projects or initiatives (e.g. VP Induction program, Learning Espressos, Client Sales Skills, budgeting, Team Sharepoint files), project managing as needed.
  • LearningHub: create and curate LearningHub plans and pathways to support learning initiatives
  • Customer Service: work with internal customers to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, reschedule events, etc
  • Support annual T&D planning and budgeting processes
