Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to gather market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent trends, shaping the overarching Talent Acquisition strategy.
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and other avenues.
- Ensure a comprehensive Talent Acquisition lifecycle, including understanding talent needs, conducting behavioral assessments (for leadership positions), sourcing, extending offers, conducting background checks, and facilitating pre-onboarding, all within specified timeframes across all organizational levels.
- Work closely with business leaders to drive diversity hiring goals, focusing on gender diversity and inclusion of differently abled individuals, as well as crafting and executing campus recruitment strategies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with academic institutions and student bodies to enhance the company's brand presence and diversify candidate pools, managing internship programs across multiple locations and facilitating conversions into full-time roles where appropriate.
- Spearhead employer branding initiatives such as leadership sessions, pre-placement talks, campus visits, engagement with placement offices, and leveraging social media platforms to elevate brand awareness.
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including universities, student organizations, professional associations, and diversity groups.
- Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards to track key metrics such as time to fill and quality of hire, implementing measures to reduce candidate dropouts.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on crafting job descriptions, benchmarking, and candidate selection, while also enhancing the capabilities of recruiters and hiring managers through training and development initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Talent Acquisition, applying relevant knowledge to refine recruiting processes and strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey and implement mechanisms for assessing candidate satisfaction.
- Oversee Talent Acquisition analytics, technology tools, and standard operating procedures, as well as channel performance and management.
- Lead the selection, mentoring, coaching, performance management, and recognition of the Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements:
- 10-12+ years in Talent Acquisition
- Should have exposure into Sr. Leadership (CXO) level hirings
- Exposure to manufacturing industry important
- Should have managed TA for a multiple location based organization
- Exposure in campus hiring & outreach initiatives
