Job Overview
At Dhwani RIS, we are always looking to strengthen our organization by adding the best available talent to our staff. We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for various roles in our company. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants.

Job Responsibilities
1. Experience in hiring for tech profiles, including for frontend and backend roles (Node JS, Angular, React, Java), IT Project Managers, Manual Testers, PHP & Android Developers.
2. Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals.
3. Engage with key talent partners and universities to attract the best talent.
4. Identification, engagement and closure of recruitment within the stipulated time frame.
5. Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.
6. Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.
7. Responsibilities include forecasting, sourcing, screening, managing interview process in coordination with all stakeholders, verifying testimonials, salary negotiation and post-selection joining formalities.
8. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
9. Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.
10. Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Hirist and other professional networks.
11. Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
12. Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates.
13. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews – if possible.
14. Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references.
15. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
16. Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.

8. Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs including HRIS
9. A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matter

Pedigree:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Psychology or relevant field (OR)
  • Proven work experience with relevant certifications
