Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement interactive analytic tools in Tableau to support ERM risk management and stress testing programs.
- Create dashboards and other BI tools in Tableau to provide user-friendly data visualizations.
- Extract, transform and load (ETL) large and complex data set from various sources into Tableau for analysis and visual presentations.
- Provide technical expertise/lead in areas of architecture, design, and implementation of Tableau-based dashboards and BI tools
- Conduct performance optimization within Tableau dashboards and reports to address any issues related to speed, efficiency, or data accuracy.
- Conduct meetings with users and stakeholders to document all the stated requirements in Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
- Design and prototype certain Tableau components such as screens, reports, and look and feels for users or IT teams based on business requirements.
- Develop risk analytics and tools in Python.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in science, engineering or information technology is required.
- 5+ years of experience with designing and developing analytics tools and BI dashboards using Tableau.
- Strong technical skills and knowledges with Tableau
- Excellent experience working with large and complex data set, and performance optimization in Tableau.
- Strong quantitative skills and programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Working knowledge about Python and Tableau Python Integration (TabPy) is highly preferred.
- Familiar with financial products and risk management and stress testing.
