Roles and Responsibilities

• Installation and Upgrading of Operating System and Application Software.
• LAN/WAN maintenance and coordination with ISP providers.
• Installation and configuring windows 2012/2016/Server.
• Windows Active Directory Management
• Active Directory Support: User Account Creation/Deletions and User accounts Maintenance
• Resolving daily Service desk requests.
• Installing various software on desktops as per the requirements.
• Installing and configuring DHCP, DNS.
• Troubleshooting the Hardware Problems.
• Managing G-suite Email Services.
• Updating/Downloading of Latest Symantec Antivirus updates and patch management.
• Strong Knowledge of Windows OS and Linux OS Operating systems.
• Maintaining system backups and performing system/file restorations on Windows OS and Linux OS Operating systems.
• Knowledge on Booting process of Linux, Changing Permissions and Ownership of a File or Directory
• Strong knowledge of configuring and maintaining pfsense firewall.
• Configure network hardware such as servers, RUCKUS WIFI routers, and Cisco switches and configure VLAN using Config-VLAN mode.
