As the Senior Vice President of Mortgage Sales Management and Builder Alliance, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the Mortgage Sales team nationally, driving business growth through strategic partnerships with builders and developers. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Mortgage Sales management, business development, and building effective alliances within the real estate sector & Third-Party Channels (Lead Generators-LG).
Principal Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Management: Provide strategic leadership to the Mortgage Sales team across the country. Foster a high-performance culture, ensuring team alignment with organizational goals
- Builder Alliance Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for engaging and forming alliances with builders and developers. Identify key players in the real estate market and establish strong relationships to drive mortgage business
- . Sales Management: Oversee the national Mortgage Sales function, setting sales targets, and ensuring their achievement. Implement effective sales processes and performance metrics to drive productivity and revenue growth. Driving sales functions related to lending and managing third party sales
- Market Analysis and Trends: - Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the mortgage and real estate industry. Utilize market insights to shape strategic initiatives and optimize business performance
- Risk Management: Implement robust risk management practices in Mortgage Sales operations. Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate cross-functionally with other business units to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to Mortgage Sales. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, builders, and developers to align goals and expectations
- Performance Reporting: Develop and implement reporting mechanisms to track and analyze Mortgage Sales performance. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on key performance indicators
- Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Manage budgetary allocations for Mortgage Sales operations. Optimize resource utilization for maximum efficiency and results
- Multitasking: Efficiently managing various responsibilities and tasks simultaneously. Role requires combination of organizational skills, effective communication, adaptability, and strategic mindset
- Proven experience (typically 15+ years) in Mortgage Sales management with a focus on alliances within the real estate sector & Third-Party Channels (Lead Generators-LG).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and leading high-performing teams
- In-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry, regulatory environment, real estate market dynamics & Third-Party Channels
- Drive consistent delivery of Mortgage KPO defined for the channel as per the annual operating plan
- Achieve planned revenue growth and product profitability
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
