Responsibilities
• Ensure development, maintenance, and improvement of relevant Supply Chain systems• Design and implement warehousing strategies and expansion plans• Lead system deployment/transition projects as Supply Chain SPOC• Oversee management of Supply Chain vendors and their performance• Develop Supply Chain processes and design workflows• Work closely with Supply Chain planner to forecast demand• Develop tailored dashboards and reports to monitor performance• Implement best practices for operational excellence• Ensure compliance with QMS, GDP, Cold Chain management, and Pharma regulations• Effective communication and leadership skills
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations and project management• Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred• Good knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and GxP norms• Knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP• Strong project management skills• Effective written and oral communication skills• Ability to think outside the box and drive change within an organization
