Responsibilities
- Responsible for technical checking and approval of supplier quotations for outsourced panel assembly (APS) and LT chamber assemblies.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction in direct / in-direct material procurement and in-house manufacturing processes, and implement the same to achieve factory cost reduction targets.
- Co-ordination with suppliers, manufacturing, logistics and SPR team for above activity.
- Co-ordination with factory commercial team for creation and reporting of productivity measures in One Puma Web tool.
Knowledge of SI EA O AIS products - NXAIR panels and SION M VCBs will be an added advantage.
Education and experience
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical engineering.
- Knowledge of various manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of medium voltage panels and circuit breakers.
