The Position
Supervisor - Maintenance
Job Summary
- Installation & commissioning of all types of Pumps, Gearbox, Conveyors etc.
- To attend Mechanical breakdown and troubleshooting on Grinders, Pumps, Gearbox, Conveyors etc. Conduct technical training for the team.
- Responsible for Preventive Maintenance, Condition Monitoring and various other Plannings.
- Executed mechanical related projects efficiently.
- Ensured availability of equipments needed for the performance of work. Managing and replacing tools and devices for production as per the requirements.
- Maintaining records and documentations of machinery and Mechanical spare inventory.
- Create and maintain Preventive and Conditioning documents.
- Communicate with the production team to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
- Create and maintain documentation regarding ISO 9001 & 14001.
- Implement Imerys Safety standards and policies.
