Supervisor Field Service Mechanical (Mumbai)

To lead and supervise a team of 10-15 engineers in the inspection, installation, commissioning, repair, upgrading, troubleshooting and related service work on offshore drilling platforms/land rigs or in workshops

• To lead and supervise a team of 10-15 engineers in the inspection, installation, commissioning, repair, upgrading, troubleshooting and related service work on offshore drilling platforms/land rigs or in workshops
• Liaise and follow up with rig’s management in terms of general enquiries and equipment’s issue
• Communicate with respective engineers for briefing and debriefing of service-related activities
• To provide guideline and coaching of engineers to improve good quality of work
• Review job reports, ISO work instructions and checklists required for all work
• Review customer’s request and to facilitate quotation submission in timely manner
• Comply with NOV company and HSE policies and procedures
• To communicate field failures, upgrades work with relevant NOV departments to facilitate smooth execution onsite.
