The Subject Matter Expert, Payment Posting will be responsible for improving overall knowledge levels of PP specialists, work in collaboration with team members, leads, QA, training team and Manager to identify any process gaps and address fixing those skill gaps, by regular updating the SOP s / PI s, thus targeting for improved quality
What You ll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team
- Applying subject expertise in evaluating business operations and processes.
- Assist with training for all Payments staff, serving as the SME for Payments Posting questions from staff - targeting to have less escalations and issues.
- Assists with obtaining educational training materials and SOPs for the Payments staff
- To coach team members. Identifies development areas and helps the individuals and the team to improve their performance and enhance their potential.
- Providing subject expertise and guidance to the users on the floor.
- Verifying updates and reference information, including user guides, and training manuals, and keeping it updated.
- Documenting processes and disseminating information to all relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with ops, training, US based and India based leadership to reduce any knowledge gaps
What You Should Have to Qualify
- Minimum 4+yrs of experience working in the RCM industry
- In Depth Experience in Payment Posting
- Ability to resolve processor queries
- Ability to proactively fix any knowledge gaps on floor

- Good communication skills
- interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with people at all levels
