Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Education Counselor for a reputed Education Industry in the Thane location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing effective student pipeline
• Efficient follow-up towards the closing of enrolments
• Build sustainable relationships and engage with new and existing students by taking the extra mile
• Coordination with students through various digital channels for sharing information
• Promoting programs through cold calling and referral marketing.
• Coordinating with colleges and organizing free seminars for them
• Network and strive to convert connections into customers
• Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensive way.
• Meet your weekly/monthly qualitative and quantitative targets.

Candidates Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in academic counselling OR Sales
• Even Freshers can apply
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Salary + Incentives (Rs. 1000/- per admission)
