Form of workA student counsellor is an attentive listener and spends hours interacting with students, noting their academic areas for development and aptitudes. We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate student counselor to join our Academy. The responsibilities of the student counselor include supporting the emotional and professional growth of students, developing and monitoring counseling support programs.
- Listening to students' academic, emotional, social, and behavioral concerns in an open and nonjudgemental way.
- Working directly with students to develop solutions and set achievable goals.
Educational qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree / master's degree
- A minimum of one year of experience
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities
- Perceptive at understanding body language
- Proficient in mediating and good interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Mavelikara, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
