Store Manager

Experience – 3-5 years of experience as a sales expert and minimum 3 – 6 years of experience as Store Manager in retail industry

Experience with Apple brand will be preferred first.

Location – Surat, Pune, Karad / Gujarat

Salary Up to – 25k- 40k CTC ( As per city SOL )

Educational Qualification– Any Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA in sales and marketing will be an advantage.

Desired candidate requirement:

• Proven work experience as a Store Manager in Retail industry
• People Management Skills – Should have handled minimum 3 to 10 people
• Ability to achieve growing target by own and from respective team
• Ability to Drive strategic initiatives for stores productivity
• Ability to learn new technology, systems, process and effectively able to train the same to his/her team
• Ability to Analyse regional market trends and discover new marketing and sales growth strategies and provide input to management with suggested budget & plan for respective store, reviewing the impact after implementation.
• Must have a proven track record in B2B
• Experience in recruitment and staff training
• Must have an understanding of excel data and experience in preparing the same
• Experience in reviewing assigned store performance against catchment
• Ability to represent data/performance/productivity
