Store Executive

1) Material Management

a) To prepare material requisition plan.

b) Stock verification of various materials such as packing materials / finish materials / etc.

c) Maintain minimum stock of various materials in stores.

d) Prepare purchase indent of materials that are short and follow-up for the same with purchase department.

e) Physical stock verification with ERP system.

f) Prepare material issue slip as well as stock transfer slip and updating the same in ERP.

g) Prepare receipt of all received materials (raw materials / packing materials / finished goods/Trading items consumables). If the quantity or quality not matched with the predefined parameters, then inform the concerned department for the same.

h) Stock maintenance of rejected materials / goods.

i) Reporting the details of non-moving / expired / about to expire goods to the manager on regular basis.

j) Printing and verifying stickers / labels that is required during packing process.

2) Data Entry & Reports

a) Entering various details of stock in ERP - packing materials slip / ready carton / rejected materials / Production Slip / etc.

b) Maintain various reports that are suggested by the management and provide the same as and when demanded by the management.
