Profile: STEM Trainer

Job Description:

• Analysing of training need, planning of training program, and developing of workshops of various programs of Education accordingly

• Designing of the curriculum; ensure approval of training content is obtained in advance from the reporting head. Develop orientation sessions.
• Integrate hands-on activities, experiments, and projects to enhance learning experiences

• Design and store formats and procedures for training – identification, Annual Training Calendar, Trainees assessment form, Training evaluation forms, Training materials, questionnaires, and other support materials
• Research and develop new training methodologies and techniques to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs
• Provide clear explanations of complex concepts and facilitate hands-on learning experiences
• Administer assessments to measure trainees’ understanding and progress
• Analyse assessment results to identify areas for improvement and tailor future sessions accordingly
• Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and through discussions, implement improvements based on feedback and evaluation results

• Booking training rooms; arranging training material and ensuring all necessary equipment and arrangements are done
• Design of training content; ensure approval of training content is obtained in advance from the reporting head
• Compile and manage all the reports and forms and maintain all training records at an official storage location

Job specification:

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, or Astrophysics or any related field
• Personality traits: Creative, Attention to Detail and Positive attitude
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Interpersonal, Leadership Skills and organisational skills
