· Develop and implement Enterprise services that meet the needs of the business and align with our overall architecture and technology strategy for all EHR platforms.
· Participate in day to day activities of an Enterprise service team, sprint planning and release milestone planning and performance management.
· Works alongside other peers (PO, Scrum Master, IT, QA) to deliver high-quality bi-weekly sprint as well as scheduled releases on time.
· Develop a high bar for software quality by establishing and ensuring implementation of best practices.
· Work with Engineering leaders and actively participate in the development life cycle from requirements analysis, feasibility estimates, design, code, pipeline promotion, documentation, testing, implementation, and support.
· Ensure compliance with internal design, coding, and documentation standards.
· Analyze complex requirements and make appropriate design choices for Enterprise Services.
· Ensure that the architecture is scalable, secure, and maintainable.
· Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure successful product rollouts.
· Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the healthcare industry, and evaluate their potential impact on our applications.
Qualifications
Education:
Required
BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent software industry experience.
Preferred
Understanding and experience with either HL7 or FHIR standards
Years' Experience:

5+ years in design and development in projects related to software applications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required
· Strong expertise in the design, development, and deployment of SaaS applications in a Microsoft technologies including .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#
· Strong knowledge of Serverless technologies using AWS Cloud
· Strong knowledge of AWS Lambda functionality using .NET Core, SNS (Simple Notification Service), SQS (Simple Queue Service)
· Decent knowledge of AWS CloudWatch, Parameter Store, Secrets Manager
· Decent knowledge of front-end technologies, CSS, ASP.NET MVC using Razor, JavaScript, jQuery,
· Solid understanding of n-tier Application Architecture in OnPrem and Cloud environments.
· Experience working with SQL Server, AWS DynamoDB/Mongo DB (NoSQL)
· Experience working with various vendor platforms and managing interfaces between systems in a complex ecosystem.
· Experience in application monitoring, performance tuning, code reviews, and creating Proof-of-Concepts.
· Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
