Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Gynecology Staff Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gynecological nursing and be committed to providing high-quality care to patients in our gynecology department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients undergoing gynecological procedures, examinations, and treatments.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and condition during procedures and recovery.
- Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals in performing gynecological examinations and procedures.
- Educate patients and their families about gynecological health, procedures, and post-procedure care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- Valid nursing license in [State].
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in gynecology nursing.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of gynecological procedures and treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
