• Complete understanding of software development life cycle from customer needs to product release is essential. Hands on experience with development tools & dev-ops is must.

• Expertise and domain knowledge in developing, maintaining reusable software services, infrastructure for promoting reuse of services/ components/ libraries is must.
• Ability to analyze software services for reuse potential is critical for success of candidate. Deep understanding of standard practices of opensource software development tools and methodology is absolute.
• Good experience working on Latest Digital technologies
• Fundamental knowledge and hands-on experience in key software technologies .Net/Java, Python, C, C++, C#, Angular, Cloud and Embedded technologies is required.
• Demonstrated ability and hands on experience in developing one or more of above-mentioned software technologies to deliver industrial products is must.
• Hands on experience with design & deployment of mobile and cloud application
• Strong experience in driving process standardization and driving the process change across teams is essential. Passion for driving change and experience in change management is critical for success.
• Must have lead process transformation for her/ his organization to drive software standardization across the organization. Drive common development practices like Microservices, Dev-Ops, test practices & tools etc.
• Ability to conduct architecture reviews and provide technical feedback
• Strategic leadership for reusable software modules / components / libraries. Align the priorities with BU roadmap.
• Playing an active role in development and deployment of global standard work…Drive agile software governance
• Provide a regular report out to higher levels for leadership on the progress to bring alignment.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills & ability to influence across organization levels
