Hobart is a ticket management tool, which is built in-house to cater the diversified nature of handling user requests. It will help L1 support team to handle user requests and assign the tickets to respective teams for closure. The support team can track the ticket status and respond back to end users. There are provisions to automatically create tickets based on email, generate dashboard of tickets with various states and generate KPIs.

Position Purpose
Provide a brief description of the overall purpose of the position, why this position exists and how it will contribute in achieving the team’s goal.
The current requirement is to on board a candidate, who can support onboarding of new users to our Application. The associate will be working in one of the strategic projects of BNP Paribas and will help in enhancing applications to be used by Corporate Clients. The candidate should possess good interpersonal skills and experience in multi-geographical work model.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Should have both verbal and written communication skills
- Should be able to understand user requirements and resolve their access issues
- Adhere to project process and guidelines
- Discuss with Production support team for any user queries
- Support Application validation for specific functionalities
- Able to develop reports using Excel graphs and pie charts
Contributing Responsibilities
- Track user requests and provide appropriate reports to Management
- Support testing team in completing some regression tests
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Required technical skills:
- Basic Excel skills to track user requests and generate reports
- Basic knowledge of SQL to write simple Select & Update queries
Behavioral Competencies:
- Must have good communication skills
- Basic knowledge in any defect tracking tools / Jira
