Our Story: Our client has a vision to transform patient experience in the underserved markets by bridging the gap which exists in primary healthcare. Our client is introducing a hybrid healthcare and fulfilment model that helps connect patients in underserved markets to healthcare providers and other key ecosystem players digitally and executing it through a robust 3-tier model of Hub, Spoke and a network of satellite health centres.
Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Circle is responsible for both top line and bottom line.
  • Circle is responsible for aggregating infrastructure like doctors, diagnostic labs, hospitals and attracting talents.
  • Responsible for Circle CSAT(Customer Satisfaction Score).
  • eClinic expansion as per design: The success of these metrics is defined by opening the required number of eClinics per month as per agreed business plan. The responsibilities will include scouting for the right franchisees, finalising the location, negotiation on the model and required investment, closure of contract and project management for opening as per defined timelines.
  • Compliance and Statutory responsibilities: The key to success for this metric will be being diligent in planning and applying for all regulatory permission to do business in the circle including Liaoning with the right government bodies.
  • Clinic Ops: The success of these metrics will be defined by closely monitoring the running of the operations of an eClinic from both process perspective and financial discipline. The responsibilities will include travelling to eClinics, monitoring operations, inspiring staff by leading with example, identifying training gaps and doing on job training, working with finance, and training team closely to ensure on both the aspects of process and finance - the store is aligned to defined SOPs.
  • Direct Revenue and revenue impacting goals: The success of these metrics will depend on delivering on expected business impact on both top line (GMV), walk-ins per day, tertiary drive and membership drive and other key metrics that will get defined during the business.
  • Channel development: The success of these metrics will depend on developing local sales and marketing channels - MCHEs and influencers and delivering business goals through them. This responsibility will include hiring of the right local workforce, training and motivating them to become a powerful local sales and marketing channel.
  • CSAT: The Zonal Manager will be responsible to ensure the CSAT not just for the customers but for other key stakeholders such as franchisees in their circle.
