About the role
As a Sr User Experience Specialist ,we are seeking skilled Qualtrics Administrator to join our team. This role focuses on leveraging the Qualtrics platform for enhanced customer experience analysis through API integrations, Python scripting, and effective use of REST API connections.
What You Will Do in This Role
API Integration & Automation:
Utilize API integrations and Python scripting to automate data processes and enhance data analysis capabilities.
Qualtrics Platform Management:
Oversee the administration of the Qualtrics platform, including survey setup, data collection, and workflow configurations.
Ensure optimal use of Qualtrics features for advanced data collection and analysis needs.
Data Processing & Warehousing:
Employ SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a custom data warehouse, integrating it effectively with the Qualtrics platform.
Hands-on experience with Google Big Query or similar.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay abreast of the latest developments in API technologies, Python scripting, and data analysis methodologies.
Proactively suggest improvements in data collection, processing, and analysis strategies.
What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a similar role involving data analytics, API integrations, Python scripting and ideally Qualtrics administration.
Strong skills in Python, SQL, and REST API..
Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
