Be part of a team that designs, develops and integrates highly complex software functions within Honeywell . You will provide direction to your team by planning, coordinating and managing various functions within the organization (i.e. testing, design, development, etc.). You will engage in program and project planning, set objectives and prioritize activities across your work group.

YOU MUST HAVE
10+ years of Experience in managing the development and delivery of NPI
Responsible for leading Scrum teams for managing the development and delivery of NPI associated with Airports's SW TOWER Product at Honeywell Airports Business
Coaching the scrum teams in self-organization
Helping to remove obstacles to drive the progress
Facilitate Scrum events as needed
This role will be responsible to lead 15+ engineers that includes Software Developers, DevOPS Engineers
