Sr Operations Executive, Inventory Health

• Bachelor's degree
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• 3+ years of experience from a fast-paced environment
• Expertise using Excel, SQL and ETL for acquiring and transforming data or keen interest in acquiring an advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join the India Inventory Health team and build innovative solutions for our vendors & liquidators with the help of data driven critical thinking.
We are looking for a candidate who can drive below:
1. Use analytical thinking to investigate vendor disputes, identify process gaps and aid decision making.
2. Use data insights to identify and build automated solutions for manual processes
2. Support manual processes requiring automation
3. Suggest and drive process improvements and programs
4. Pre-empt and build dashboards to measure execution success of programs
5. Build automated reports with minimal / no person dependencies Responsibilities Include:

• Provide data and analytics to the Inventory Health team for measuring performance metrics
• An ideal candidate will demonstrate strong deep dive, invent & simplify and end-to-end ownership of project delivery
• Person should be strong in modular approach to problem solving and break down complex situations to simple problem statements

Key job responsibilities

• Manage engagement with senior stakeholders across multiple teams
• Manage, track and report on order creation, cancellations
• Manage disputes and follow through with cross functional teams for reconciliation
• Own and launch new initiatives to improve vendor, liquidator and seller experience
• Weekly operational metrics review and financial reporting
