Induction, Orientation and socialization | 1) Time: Adhering to TAT of closure-joining date. 2) Timely orientation process of new joinee by checking time availability of respective managers/ functional head prior, arrangement of laptop, email Id creation and initiating BGV. 3) Handing over of appointment letter on the date of joining. 4) Quality- Briefing in detail about company policy. 5) Introduction- Welcome email and team plus cross functional introduction within a week of joining to be initiated. 6) Buddy- Assigning of buddy, should be form team with good performance record. 7) Probation, Confirmation and Exit offline as well as in Poornata system. 8) Managing SR and IM on Poornata. |

Organizational Effectiveness and R&R | OE: 1) Monitoring on employee involvement in office tasks by taking feedback from employees. 2)Timely completion of Vibes Task force creation of respective unit. 3) Creating road map for initiative of employee engagement activities in discussion with my manager. 4) Socializing- Keep employees engaging by informing about new company policies and motivating them for taking surveys and building constant interaction with them. 5) Taking new initiative like Great Place to Work- Yet to start working on it. 6) Sharing data under various BHR / GHR initiatives throughout the year like AWOO, Pratibha, Surveys, Initiative. 7) Under Employee Wellness create local session or session in co-ordination with other units/ BHR. R&R: 1) Following the R&R process and its timely execution and coordinating with respective department manager for getting timely nomination details on Applaud/ Pride/Chairman Award. 2) Initiating Shabaash and Applaud Award. |
Employee Well being | 1) Renewal of GMC, GPA, Nishchint and SU-Nishchint policy annually. Enusuring Awareness session. Sending Monthly endorsement to Seamex for new joinee / resignee data. Addressing employee queries for health check up, premium deduction,etc. Providing support during hospitalization. Awareness on usage of Medibuddy app. |
Budgeting & Payroll | 1) Co-ordination on contract payroll including Sodexo lunch coupon input with UNH. 2) Preparing & managing the budgets of respective KRA with quarterly reports. |
