Job Purpose
- This is key role to lead system related activities within W&D in collaboration with Commercial, Finance and Quality.
- This role will be SPOC for developing develop ERP related SOPs, ensuring SOD compliance for entire India CSC function and drive management monitoring
- This role needs to liase with internal and external audit teams for leading System compliance
Key Responsibilities
Key Results (Principal Accountabilities):
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ERP system within the India CSC in collaboration with GSC Tech.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure system optimization, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvement within the ERP framework.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to lead and implement process improvements and enhance overall system performance.
- Review the Seggregation of Duties(SODs) on a quarterly basis and provide feedback to management in case of any conflicts.
- Lead and monitor financial related compliance related to invoice/payments processing.
- Driving NDC compliance on Quaterly basis.
- Develop and analyze reports from ERP system to drive process compliance across CFA network
- Develop lead KPIs and drive governance to measure success of system initiatives
- This role needs coordination with internal stakeholers(Finance and Commercial) and CFA’s for supporting their Financial compliance approvals.
- Provide approval for CFA related expenses and maintain financial compliance on the same.
- Act as SPOC of customer appointment compliance.
Knowledge/ Education :
- Bachelors Degree in engineering
Experience Required :
- 8 – 12 years of Experience

- Good Communication and analytical skills.
- Effective Team management skills
- Knowledge of supply chain operations
- Knowledge of SAP ERP
- In-Dept experience in SD module of SAP ERP
- Good project management skills.
