Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager to lead our Software Development team specializing in Human Resources Talent (HRT) solutions at our Hyderabad office. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development of cutting-edge HRT solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and collaborating effectively with colleagues in the United States. This position requires a strong background in Software Development, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovation in the HRT domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire a team of software developers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to team members, promoting professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of HRT solutions.
1. Project Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of HRT solutions, from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are executed within established timelines and budget constraints.
2. Technical Expertise:
- Leverage a deep understanding of HRT domain to guide the development team in creating robust and scalable solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in HRT software and contribute to the adoption of emerging technologies.
- Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to ensure the highest quality of code.
3. Collaboration with US Colleagues:
- Work closely with counterparts in the United States to align development strategies and goals.
- Facilitate regular communication through virtual meetings and collaborative tools.
- Ensure a seamless flow of information between the Hyderabad office and US teams.
4. Quality Assurance:
- Implement and enforce best practices for Software Development, testing, and quality assurance in the HRT domain.
- Establish and maintain standards for code quality and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within Software Development, with a focus on HRT solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of HRT technologies and best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a global and collaborative environment.
Additional Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully delivering HRT solutions on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
