• Experience working in major Metro projects (Elevated) covering all aspects of Quality management.
• Hands on experience in mix designs for Normal, HPC and awareness of all relevant national / international codes and standards.
• Experience in field quality assurance for piling works, cast in situ concrete and precast concrete works.
• Hands on experience in station works covering structural works.
• In-depth knowledge in QMS, pivotal in implementation and managements of QMS at projects.
• Experience in preparing project specific PQP/QAP/SOPs and approval with clients.
• Experience implementation of skill training / orientation for field Engineers and frontline supervisors.
• Certified internal / Lead auditor in QMS with experience in undertaking audits & product quality assessments at projects.
• Liaising with customers on functional matters and ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Networking and interfacing with all functions to ensure effective and well-coordinated actions and timely decisions.
• Enterprising in nature and effective communicator on all functional / project quality related matters.
• Ensuring a competent regime for inspection and testing process at projects.
• Regular connection with the projects, maintaining a dash of project quality performance, reviewing the project performance, and taking timely actions wherever required.
• Reporting on the project quality performance to the management.
