Candidate should be willing to work at a senior level with Fish, meat and value added manufacturing in a processing setup, flexible working hours and travel at short notice and be a willing learner to implement quality procedures in routine work and document the outcome.Manage product quality during entire process flow, verify that all process control parameters are being followed and documented. Recommend and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality and efficiency after consultation with the QA team and achieve set objectives. Inspect products and follow process from beginning to end to ensure all products meet safe quality standards of the FSMS. Enforce all company GMP's, health and Safety policies and procedures to produce the highest quality food product efficiently. Lead the QA team of the respective region.
